Submitting Articles and Pictures

  • Articles- on any KAP related subject
  • Pictures- of your best KAP work
  • Comments- about articles or pictures you saw here
KAPER will accept articles on any KAP related subject at any time. If you were fortunate enough to have subscribed to the aerial eye, formerly a journal published by the AKA, then the same range of subject matter will be acceptable in KAPER.

Photographs to accompany your article are encouraged, as well as line drawings, tables, and charts. If you have information about where to obtain parts or supplies mentioned in your article be sure to include the company's physical and/or Internet addresses.

Photographs for KAPER should be no more than 72 pixels/inch and no larger than 500 X 500 pixels, saved as jpg files with a compression level of 5. Drawings and diagrams can be saved as gif files.

ACCEPTED METHODS TO SUBMIT ARTICLES AND PICTURES:

E-mail Use the address in the menu bar.
Use attachments to include gif or jpg files.
3.5” Floppy Save your text in one of the following IBM file formats;
ASCII, txt, Word 6, Works, HTML.
Save your art work in one of these file formats;
gif, jpg, lwo, lws, psd, iff, png, tga, tif, pcd
3.5” Super Disk Same IBM file formats as 3.5” floppy
CD Same IBM file formats as 3.5” floppy
Paper Yes, we will accept typed manuscripts sent through the regular mail.
You can include photographs and drawings which can be scanned.
Please do not send negatives or slides.
(No material will be returned to the sender unless
return postage is included with the original shipment.
